Moorestown Youth Lacrosse Night

The Philadelphia Wings are proud to be teaming up with Moorestown Youth Lacrosse for a special night. On Saturday, March 13^th during the game vs. the Minnesota Swarm, the Wings would like to invite you out to the Wachovia Center to enjoy an exciting night of lacrosse and to kick off your season.

	Little Scoopers Program for 1st and 2nd Grade Boys

Little Scoopers Program: (Registration is closed for this program)

The focus of the program will be instructional to teach 1st and 2nd Grade Boys the fundamentals of lacrosse: scooping, passing, catching and cradling, and to prepare the incoming classes of third graders for the sport. The first half of each session will be devoted to teaching good sportsmanship and fundamentals, and there will be no-check scrimmages without goalies in the second half of each session to reinforce the skills learned and give players a chance to get a feel for the game.

Who: Boys - 1st & 2nd Grade during 2009-2010 school year
Location: Wesley Bishop Lower Fields
When: Sundays afternoons - 4pm-530pm
Dates: 4/11/2010, 4/18, 4/25, 5/2, 5/9, 5/16 and 5/23
Cost: $60 which includes pinney and US Lacrosse Registration Fee
Required Equipment: lacrosse helmet, lacrosse stick, gloves, elbow and shoulder pads, mouth guard and protective cup required
Maximum Capacity: 50 participants
